Just a few weeks ago some New Year’s resolutions were made to change old behaviors and add a new weight management and fitness goals. If you are going to start a fitness training program then a heart rate monitor watch is the best guide to get the results you want. New behaviors means the stop the history of not exercising, too many calories each day and poor nutrition.
Good behaviors start with setting personal new habits. If you want to be successful in meeting your health, fitness or well being goals, your program should include short term goals, of something that is easy to do. It is easy to repeat habits that you have been successful in completing. Also, a heart rate monitoring device is recommended when starting any fitness program because your EKG,personal history, MHR and workout schedule needs to be displayed on your pulse monitor.
