To get optimum results you will have to do a fast action type of exercise to get a high % of your MHR which will build endurance to the heart and lungs.  Some of the exercises you might want choose is push ups, squats, crutches and jumping jacks.  Do 10 reps of the exercises that will work the muscles of the body and then to get your heart rate up do 30 seconds of a aerobic type of exercise ie: jumping jacks.  This routine will be repeated for 10 minutes.  Throughout your 10 minute workout your heart rate monitor will be helping you to stay on track.
