mio-breeze-blog.pngFood is an important part to living longer and more healthy.  The colors of the rainbow that match the food we eat determines how we feel and look.  Certain vegetables and herbs, fruit and beverages that are needed for fitness.  Exercise is another component for living a healthier life.. When ever we mention exercise we must also mention heart rate monitor watches because they support the efforts of your exercise workout.

When we eat foods related to the color of the rainbow we must start with the top of the lists. 

Vegetables and Herbs: Alfalfa Sprouts,bee pollen (dietary supplement) broccoli, Brussels sprouts, chili peppers, dark leafy green etc.

Fruits:  Apples, berries (all kinds), pomegranates, red grapes etc.

Beverages:  Black Tea, green tea, red wine, pomegranate juice etc.

The other part of living longer is to concentrate on the size of the waist.  The larger waist the more likely there is some type of health problem.  Get started with a 2 week total body strength workout plan and at this time will  not do any abs exercises.  A heart rate monitor is going to be needed to make sure you are working in the correct zone to maximize your efforts for calories burned, correct heart rate and a computer connection to record each workout session.
