f7_group_s-polar.jpgMen and women view their workout programs much differently.  For example, women more at ease when being in the company of others because they see this as a form of socialization.  Also, women seem to feel more comfortable exercising in all group activities.  Polar, MIO and Reebok Heart Rate Monitor Watches have wrist band, colors, and other features that are geared towards women.  On the other hand, men tend toward workout programs that contain free wrights and regimented drill types of workouts.  Men are more dedicated to their workout program than women and men are the ones who show up at the gym more often.

There the physical difference between the sexes; for example, men work on the upper body because they tend to use those muscles more in each workout session.  Women focus on the lower part of the body because women are more concerned in the shape and curves of their bodies.  Men and women both realize that in order to search their workout goals, a Cardiosport or Ekho heart rate monitor is an essential tool for success.  Men and women are starting to view some fitness issues much closer.  Women understand that they don’t have to get muscles if they choose to strength train.  Men and women are starting to mix the fitness goals together as a means of social out reach.
